Fort Worth, Where were you guys?

Postby Norway Joe » Thu Nov 29, 2018 2:31 pm

Didn't see any of you.

We have a tv show here with a Norwegian Michelin star chef and a comedian. They are traveling around the world making tv shows where they cook local food. Yesterday the show was from Fort Worth, Texas. They always visit some local restaurants and in Fort Wort they visited Heim Barbecue where they were shown how to make brisket.

Later they made their own serving local people friends of the chef.

They filmed from many nice places and farms in the area. Looked interesting.ImageImageImageImageImageImage

Fort Worth is a great town, grew up near there. Good mix of the old and new and more grounded than Dallas IMHO.

The couple from Heim BBQ (Bacon Burnt Ends Shirt) really have built quite the bbq business from the ground up. They seem to be really good folks as well.
