I took a drive yesterday and thought of a former member

Postby Copasspupil » Thu Nov 22, 2018 10:24 am

Yesterday, I took a drive north of me past a little town called La Connor and I took a moment to think of Bondo. It hit me a little hard that our lives here seems so short. I am thankful for what I have, my family, my talents and places to visit like here. Bondo will be missed but not forgotten. He had a unique charm about him and quickly I would read his post, marvel at his fishing catches and the love he showed for his family.

Happy Thanksgiving to all and enjoy this day with your family!

Very nice memory you shared. Bill was a special member of this forum. We should all try and be a little more like him.

Happy Thanksgiving

Best compliment I can pay Bill: he was a true compadre. Buena suerte en Cielo, Amigo.

I ran across a post from Bill the other night when I was doing a search on Turkey Breast cooks. Where I found the cook The Counselor did awhile back. The post from Bill is a classic, as it includes not only Bill, but it also includes Boots in rare form.

Here it is. Enjoy, hope it brings a smile to everyones face as it did mine.

Thanks for the link. Loved reading the Texas hospitality rules.
