Happy Thanksgiving, All.... If you're traveling, do be very careful. If you're fortunate to be able to stay put (as I am) then enjoy without overdoing any one thing in particular - - - overdo everything.

Recent years have seen many non-traditional menus for Thanksgiving. In the past, it's been ribeyes, pork roasts, even spaghetti. We eat pretty darn good all year long so I don't mind doing a little less on Thanksgiving.

This year, some traditional sides (mashed tater, green beans, stuffing, etc.) along side some pork steaks cooked on the Blackstone. Privileged to have my 95 year old Mom and my G/F in attendance. I might fire up the smoker later in the weekend.

Here's a shot from a few Thanksgivings ago.... butterflied pork loin stuffed with goodies and rolled/smoked/eaten.

That pork loin looks like a little slice of paradise.
