Spacetruckers pic brings back memories for me. My PeePaw was Santa’s “helper” for the employee party at LeTourneu in Longview in the late 70’s and early 80’s. Rode in on the bucket of a massive earth mover. Those parties in the big plant dome were so much fun for a young kid.

Think is, PeePaw always wore the same watch. I was one of those kids that didn’t miss much. The knowing wink l, warm hug and cool points he got in my book for doing this job is a memory that still warms my heart nearly 40 years later.

the Santa's Lap Pics really dusted my cobwebs.
Here's a combination Pic I put together of my youngest son and his son's "SIMILAR" teary reaction to Santa.
However, my oldest son and my grandaughter seem pretty happy with the whole mess.
These two pics are at least 20 years or more apart in time.
Let's just call this one "LIKE FATHER LIKE SON" :santa:  :santa: :D :santa: :whiteflag:

in my posted pic, that was me at about 3 and a half or so, check out the cars and the music box....(showing my age)
problem with most kids is the Santa thing scares them so it takes some coaxing to get the good pictures... here is one when smoking cigarettes was still cool..
