I know Texas BBQ forum is a place where so many newbies (like me) and pit master usually access. And I hope I can find someone knows about BBQ/Grilling so he/she can help me in reviewing smokers/grills. Actually, I want to "hire" a person who knows about BBQ and can write

I just can't the suitable place to post this question. So I want to ask... Thank you so much

It seems like my profile is not clear enough. Currently, I'm living in Los Angeles with my wife and my boys. I like BBQ. I want to build a BBQ website (it's kind of a business). However, I'm just an amateur and my knowledge is not good enough to write about.
I want to deliver the best experience to my future audience, so I need someone to review grill, smoker, grill accessories or anything related to BBQ
