Roasting Coffee On New Gasser

Not sure if this is correct forum or not. I got the bug to roast my own coffee from another smoking forum the other day. I did some fresh green Kona coffee beans yesterday and had good luck with them. I got 4 pounds of certified Kona beans for around 44$. If you know Kona coffee, that's a going price for a pound of roasted coffee beans. I'm getting money's worth out of the new Kitchenaid gasser.
Here's my setup. The roasting drum is from Amazon, around 22$. Everything else I already had.

Yes Rex, how did it come out ?
Big coffee fan here, working on a gallon of Cold Brew Concentrate myself. Can Not beat the smell/taste of freshly Roasted and Ground Coffee.

Cold Brewed French Vanilla Brownies on the grill on the horizon for us tonight.

I've done 5 roasts of green beans so far. First one was a Brazilian bean that turned out very well, if not a little over roasted for my tastes. The other was done 4 different times, with the same type bean, a green Kona coffee bean. First two roasts done and pulled just after the second crack, the last two done just after the first crack. We much prefer the lighter first crack coffee, very light and fruity. I have 5 pounds of Brazilian Santos Bourbon beans coming later this week. I doubt if we'll ever buy roasted coffee whether beans or ground, again. Very little effort with a huge payout

I've upgraded to a better roaster drum as well as a new rotisserie motor that spins up to 55rpms. Much better roasting, a little faster and no hotspots on the roasting drum.
