Count me as a believer.... If nothing else, the left handers are easier to cut against the grain for a right-handed knife wielder. Just sayin'....

That's it, exactly how I read it too. I used to work with a guy who's in-laws had cattle in south TX and told him about this. he did a little research on it and found that 80% of the cattle did in fact do that.

You're welcome Ric. FYI if you guys want to know the difference; with the brisket fat cap down & the flat end closest to you, if the point curve is to the right it's left handed.
