Remind us to tell to about the first time we smoked a butt and ended up with pig leather....

Sailor Mam, "Leather" is the perfect word for "My" Poke Chops that day - - - - I still don't know what happened guess I'll just be clueless in Texas unless it happens with my next Poke Chop Grillin.

Chops are pretty easy to leatherize, especially if they are thin...been der, dun dat.

bout figgers - - - mine were thick and I still Rawhid'ed them
