Great Service by local company

Postby bsooner75 » Thu Jun 28, 2018 7:19 am

Wanted to give a shoutout to a company that makes a heck of a product and stands behind it in the rare case an issue should arise.

I have been a big fan of Bison Coolers and their products for years. They are out of Fort Worth and American Made. I have a cooler (from when they were Brute Outdoors). We’ve given multiple Tumblers as gifts.

My wife and kids gave me a Tumbler for Fathers Day 3 years ago. For the most part I have used it everyday since. Over the last couple weeks the ice didn’t seem to hold as well then a couple of days ago it started sweating. I shot them a quick email to see if it was just from daily use or something went wrong with the cup. Well, they took just long enough to look at the pics I sent to say the vacuum seal was lost somehow and to ask me to send them my address.

24 hours later here is my brand new tumbler. That’s customer service folks. This is and the fact that this is the first issue I have had with one of their products is what keeps me coming back. Check them out if you are in the market for a cooler, tumbler, growler etc.

I've got a Brute 50qt. Love it for the cook offs.

I've actually become more of an RTIC guy as of late. You know, that whole Houston v. Dallas thing. :D

Lol - don’t let the Fort Worth guys know you linked them with Dallas.

I spent a year in Houston one week :)

I have a couple of Brute coolers as well. They are heavy, even when they are empty, but they work very well. Will be using a couple of them today to head to the lake. I put the Texas Flag decals on the top of mine.

Great to hear. It seems like all I run into anymore is rotten companies (not true at all, but it FEELS that way), so it's nice to hear about a company making great products and taking care of their customers. :wav: :salut: :texas:
