First of all, thanks to everyone for their thoughts and Prayers - - - they WORKED

Just a quick note to let Y'all know that everything went as planned but it was a long and tiring day so I'll be brief. We showed up and signed in at 8:30am, they came and got me from the waiting room at 10am and then took me in to the Big Room for a Transesophageal Echocardiograph and Electro Cardioversion. After it was over and I woke up in Recovery my BP was very low but it's done this before after being sedated. Just an extra hour in Recovery and we were out the door around 1:30pm.

Both my Sons were there and my youngest was able to stay during the entire procedure and drive us to Saltgrass Steakhouse afterwards where we met his wife Betty and ate. Everyone was starved by then and afterwards I was able to drive all the way over to Montgomery to pick up my new meds. I have a follow up appt with the Cardiologist in two weeks to make sure everything is still as we want it.

Sherry's already in bed and I'm not too far away since I woke up at 2:45am and COULD NOT go back to sleep so I just got up.

That's about all I got for now but I'll update as I know or experience more.

I apologize, have not been around much, multiple health issues since my last hospitalization in February.
OldUsedParts, I am very happy everything worked out. As a cardiac patient I understand what you are going through and a positive attitude beats a lot of odds ... and you have always struck me, based on your postings, as a very positive dude! Hang tough, always remember that the cardiac society is rather large, we are behind you!! Good luck, God bless and if ever any questions, post, we are here for you.
