Saltgrass Steakhouse Surprise

We went to The Saltgrass Steakhouse for Lunch today and I ordered the Bacon-Wrapped Quail with Jalapeño cream cheese, Sriracha honey, Brussels sprouts Appetizer as an Entre and I will be doing that again and soon.
Everything was great especially the Jalapeno Cream Chez fillin and the shredded and sauteed Brussel Sprouts.

That looks tasty. One of the few places I’ll eat steak out. They do a good job cooking them and the prices aren’t ridiculous.
