Brisket for Sweet-sixteen

Just took this bad boy off the pit for our sweet sixteen party tonight! Gig em! Timberline 1300>185 super-smoke 5 hrs > then up to 225> wrap IT 165>probe tender

Using Big Moes brisket rub (1st try)
