HEB Queso Blanco yum yum

I've been looking for a non-Velveeter chez to make Queso with that didn't get grainy and ?I think? I have finally found it. The only trial I have done was in the Microwave and it proved to be what I was looking for. Hopefully, later, when I use my mini crock pot it will just stay creamy and not get grainy. I guess time will tell but for now this is my go-to Queso Chez.
