After all the discussion earlier about grill marks I wanted to do a little something tonight on the PK grill w grillgrates. You know if I can do it, anyone can.
Simple pork chops marinated in Stubbs pork marinate, zucchini and yellow squash, asparagus spears, and corn, all with a garlic butter smear and grilled as well, except for the corn.

Thank you for fixing my pics. I need a real tutorial on proper posting. BUT, If I can do it I know you can. We only used 1 chimney of charcoal for those since they were thin.
