Not only are they boiling ribs, now they are putting Spaghetti-O's on pizza!!

Now, to our friend Russ I would say, there are a lot of us proud, red-blooded Americans here that don't think that much of that Jimmy Kimmel, who IMHO is about as funny as installing a wax seal on a toilet pipe.
I say it's a free world, and if you wanna boil yer ribs, slather yer pizzas with Chef Boi Ar D, pineapple up, or eat fried squirrels, then gol darn it, no matter how misguided it might be, that's yer right. Myself, I like a good Hawaiian-Texas pizza now and again with pineapple chunks, sliced German jalapeño sausage, good Oaxaca cheese, all over spicy marinara on crispy dough cooked on a grate over a slow burning wood fire. Now, if Jimmy Kimmel wants to come around looking for me, fine, just fine, bring it on! It will be a duel to the death, aerosol cheese whiz and summer sausage at 10 paces, and may the best man win (that would be me). One well-placed crack from a kielbasa to the nose, and Jimmy will fold up like a cheap tent.
To our Italian friends like Tasso Hunter, I extend the palm leaf of friendship and appreciation for the gift to the world of Neapolitan pizza pie, noting that not only imitation, but also innovation, is the sincerest form of flattery.
Next throwdown outta be a pizza throwdown, come to think of it.

That kielbasa's versus Jimmy Kimmel is a real dream scenario for me, even better if you throw in that Alec Baldwin guy. I'd be on them with those sausages like Bruce Lee in Enter The Dragon. There'd be more chop shocky goin on than Benihana on 2 fer 1 night.

Re: Pizza New Zealand Style
Second go, I asked my wife why we have spaghetti on our base of pizza, she said that's how someone told her to make pizza. Since I took over cooking about 20 years ago, we have spaghetti on the bottom, wife has on her half bacon tomatoe n cheese. Mine has bacon, cheese kranskys, shrooms, pineapple, onion cheese. I love mine like that, I make my own tomatoe base with herbs from our garden.
I'm guessing half of nz do it this way, I'm thinking its because we done have the Italian influence you guys have there, we had an influx after WWII but small compared to your country. Italian has only really taken off here in the last 15 years or so. I make my own Italian dishes and pasta as well, my smoked chicken n shroom fettuccine is the bees knees. According to friends n family.
Peanut butter n jelly sammiches, with an American influence growing up, I heard of pb and jelly sammiches, jelly here is a sweet wobbly dessert. I asked my mum to make me some pb and jelly sammiches, yip NOT jam but what we call jelly. Not nice, lol. Once I figured it was jam, I eat it all the time now, just different interpretations I guess.
I would never take offence. From anyone here, I've heard it all from my time on the road as a rep for 30 years.

OK, I'll admit that my favorite Pizza is Canadian bacon, Jalapenos (duh), black olives, own-yawns, matzyrellie cheese and lots of anchovies (or eyebrows as my Pizza lady used to call them) - - - thick crust if possible

Boots - a pizza Throwdown? You are making me venture back to a dark place…as dark as the last pizza crust I burnt to who knows where. Then swore I was done with making pie.
But I've swore off stuff before that I picked up again :)

After my first hangover, I swore off beer, but that did not take either.
