I need some ideas on names here? Anybody?

Also, what should be the thresholds?

We get to make it up as we go!

I'd suggest a pyramid, like the rank structure in the military. Lots of privates but not too many generals. Your "Ranks" should have some inference to Texas in keeping with your site name.

I'm not sure about the cat's name. I'm trying to think back to the first time I heard John Wayne call someone a Pilgrim though and I'm thinking he called Jimmy Stewart a Pilgrim in "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valence". Not sure if that was the first time but I don't go much further back then that movie.

Don't tell me the answer on the cat though. It's right on the tip of my tongue! :D
