Does anyone have a good step by step directions I can use to post as a sticky?
I want to encourage members to use thumbnail photos, to save on bandwidth, but to also help our members who use dialup (the big pictures are killers). Im not very good with thumbnails. Also I learn how to imbed a link to a photo from another forum, I will include that process too...Thanks.

Dan, this is about as easy as it gets.
Go to this site: All you can upload.
http://allyoucanupload.webshots.com/
Download all the photo's that you would like to post to the forum.
Once photos are uploaded, select the thumbnail option for a forum or message board.
Copy that link.
Paste the link in your message.
You can do this for each individual photo so that you can add a caption or you can tell the reader to click on the link which will take you to a slide show of all your pics.
Here is a result of the finished product, some ribs I cooked last night.
