Bump on the road

Postby bogiedr » Fri Feb 23, 2018 1:26 am

Been away for a bit, spent some time in the hospital due to complications from cardiac medications. Blood pressure bottoming to 88/45, potassium counts at 9 causing kidney issues and ended up dehydrated which caused another series of problems. I am home and recovering nicely! :rambo: Took me a few days to start feeling human again, still working at it and getting there.
I am itching to smoke a few racks of ribs in the Joe and have the family over this weekend so you know I am feeling better :D Thinking Memphis Dry and KC sauced!
Let you know how they turn out if I am up to it this weekend.
I have missed checking all the posts in the forum.

Glad you are on your way to a full recovery, sounds like you have a good rib therapy, nothing like starting and tending the fire and making some delicious ribs.
