I would love to smoke some food for the mrs today but she asked for surf and turf and that is what she will get. Hmm... I haven't tried smoking shrimp. It doesn't take long does it? (slide tromps off to search the forum for threads on smoking shrimp)

Don't know if I would smoke shrimp, but grilled shrimp only takes a couple of minutes per side over a medium-hot fire. Good eatin' right there!

Well, the wife and kiddos all got flowers and chocolates and I've got the pit fired up so all is good!

Not going to smoke or cook anything up tday. Ended up working,. Oh well.
I did take the better half out yesterday for supper. Going to pu something for the 4 yr old girl on the way home.
