Life is good at 55 I guess. I have my health, my wife and the gang here to make it all better. I'm grilling top sirloin with a Costco package of fresh shitake mushrooms, grilled asparagus, roasted potatoes and lemon bars for dessert. Great day to be alive.

Oh I might have looked like pie but it was not. More like a cross between it and a lemon bar. Gluten free creation so my wife could eat it. Her curd is wickedly lemony as in you say wow using your inside voice but this was lighter version and the base was thicker. I definitely enjoyed the fusion of the two for sure.
