Forum addition

It was asked in a started thread about a butcher section. How about a sub-forum on this? Home butchering? Yeah? I think it's a great add on!

I would be interested to see how I'm cutting stuff up incorrectly
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

It sounds a whole lot better than one of my hair brained ideas I had a while back. I wanted to learn more about cutting meat so I started down to Brookshire's to apply for a part time job as a meat cutter. Talked myself out of it by the time I hit the front door, and bought some steaks instead.

I think it's a great idea.

not sure how much activity it would get but I like the idea and would follow it...
it would be a good thing for the folks wanting to learn, and pics would be a good teacher.
