Welcome aboard, DJ! Great website there. But how *do* you get backs cheaper than spares? And can I talk to your supplier?

BB vs Carolina Spares

Postby DJ » Sun Mar 25, 2007 12:50 pm

Hey Mike,
I figure a percentage above my per cost on both Spares and the BB's. I also factor in the time it takes to smoke each.... I cook at around 235 degrees and the BB take about an hour to an hour and a half less than the spares....I pass it along to the consumer....weight on the Babys is considerably less as well.
