Hi Everyone,

We are pleased to announce that we now have a Forum Banner available to members. A lot of members are competition cooks, run businesses, do catering...etc. and flying a banner at these events is a great way to identify yourself to other forum members. The banners are 3 feet wide x 2 feet tall with grommets across the top for hanging. The banner will be customizable in that we can put your name, team name or business name along the bottom. If you want some other graphic - we can do that too (it may cost a little extra). But we want this to be "your" banner, so personalize it with whatever works best for you.

The cost will be $35 - $40 per banner + shipping -> its a straight pass through, no markup. I worked a dealio with a local sign shop - this is a good deal for the money.

Any idea what the turn around going to be?

I estimate is about 10 days - once I get everything finalized and depending on what type of delivery service you choose...

How much extra will it be for adding your team name at the bottom? Price per letter?

No extra cost for add the team name.

- no, that's just the sample to show how it will look.

Gator, count me in for one. Do you need a PM to let you know what team name to put on it? Also, are the grommets just along the top or are they on the sides and bottom too?

I will have a sample banner this week -> I think the grommets are across the top (we can add more if needed). I'm working on two types of edges on the banners; one with finished edges, one without. Both have grommets across the top. After I get the sample flags and post the pictures - I will start taking orders. I'm planning on using the SB website for taking orders and you can add the team name to the order comment section. Make a comment too if you need more grommets (they will prolly add a few $ for those).

Grommets are easy to add, hard to remove without damage; like removing a tattoo. I'd opt for no grommets and add them where you need them. Just my .02
