Thanks, Fellers, but believe me I do this very selfishly because I absolutely love it and I am just a drop in the bucket of many helpful members here whom have been my role models since I joined - - - I don't do anything that many others wouldn't do but my life style allows me to spend more time here than somehave time to do - - - - as far as the 10,000 posts go, when someone told me to "Git'a Life", I chose Texas BBQ Forum and Friends  :salut: :texas:

Isn't food a wonderful tool for bringing people together. Parts, my neighbour who with his wife moved into a home with no cooking facilities. So 12 years ago this September I was real sick and recovering at home over about 2 months, my neighbours were regular dropping in quiches etc for me. A year ago they went to,this home, now I take quiche (her recipe) and sammys and cake etc to them every week. They love my club sammys. Funny how it goes full circle!!!

Food goes straight to the soul. I agree with you on that for sure. This place is just different. I'm on here more than my wife would like I'd guess, but I learn so much and enjoy the stories, comments and tricks to the trade...Fun place for sure.
